The Civil Engineering Society of the National Union of Architects and Construction Engineers of Cuba (UNAICC) invites professionals, entrepreneurs and students related to the theory and practice of Civil Engineering to participate in the V International Conference of Civil Engineering in Cuba to be held in the city of Santiago de Cuba, 19 to 22 November 2015.

The Organizing Committee invites you to submit research and technology development works and outstanding construction projects related to civil engineering and participate in this international event, which will be an enabling framework to discuss in a camaraderie atmosphere significant contributions to the buildings science and where to establish and strengthen relations and friendship between civil and other construction professionals from various countries engineers.

We intend to make a great event that promotes technical exchange based on their Central Theme "New Challenges of Civil Engineering for Integration and Development of Latin America and the Caribbean area." The Organizing Committee will ensure the conditions for participants stay be very pleasant in the historic city of Santiago de Cuba.

Registration fees

Registration fees in Cuban convertible currency (CUC), for foreign delegates and Cubans with papers approved by the Technical Committee at one of three convention events, exposed or not, include participation in conferences and work meetings, technical visits, event folder, participation certificate as a speaker, CD-presentations, welcome and farewell activities as well as lunches and coffee breaks and shall be:

- $ 300.00 CUC

Registration fees in the event for professional participants whose papers have not been approved or not presentations (no speakers) include access to conferences and workshops, welcome activity, lunch, coffee breaks, certificate of participation and a technical visit, on the second day of work, which will be offered in the program with a specialized guide UNAICC.

Registration fees in the event for companions and students include access as listeners to the conferences, welcome activity, coffee breaks, certificate of participation to undergraduate students and access to the three choices of technical visits, which will be offered in accompanying program with a specialized guide UNAICC. The fixed fees for these forms of participation in the conference are:

- $ 325.00 CUC. No speakers

- $ 150.00 CUC. Companions. A final program will be offered for companions

- $ 100.00 CUC. Students

Ways of payment should be informed to the organizing committee in order to establish the ways can be implemented, for both Cubans and foreigners.

The V International Conference of Civil Engineering will be developed in the Melia Santiago Hotel and commissions will meet in its conference rooms. Close to this hotel are others you can choose according to the suggestions of HAVANATUR and PARADISUS. Full papers of accepted abstracts will not exceed 15 pages, including appendices, graphs and figures, in letter format, with margins of 2.5 cm on each side, title Arial 12 and 10 in the text, single spaced; must be sent in PDF format by email, making sure it does not exceed 1 Mega Bytes.
